Refunds and cancelling

Cancel any time by email, before your next billing date

Write to cancel@starsback.com from your account email. We send a confirmation link. One tap and you're done. You won't need to call us, give notice or talk anyone out of keeping you.

What happens next

Your service runs to the end of the month you've paid for. Then it stops, and you're never charged again.

Refunds

We don't refund payments already made. Your service keeps running to the end of the month you paid for. If we charge you after you've confirmed a cancel, that's our mistake: email hello@starsback.com and we'll refund that charge in full.

Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law aren't affected.
